Cuts, Rolls, Strikes, ... there are several ways to ornament the penny whistle playing.
- Every beginner has to learn them step by step if he/she has the ambition to become a better whistler.
- Or isnt that true? Do we need them at all?
- Are ornaments just used in ITM (irish traditional music)?Which Ornaments do you know?
- Which ones do you like and which ones not?
- How did you learn them?
- Do you know good resources?
- Are there Ornaments which are only used on Penny Whistles and or on which other Instruments they are used, too?

This are just some quickly written down thoughts about ornamentation.
