My Thoughts
Tapping fast is easy this report points it out. If it's easier to keep time with a simple fast beat surely that makes keeping time and playing to a slow beat a great challenge. So I say why not slow down and have a really good practice session 🙂

I kinda agree even without the figures (that makes your nose bleeds)
I don't tap on slow tempo as it is easy to follow.

Fast tempo can get you off track so tapping gives you a guide.

I'm trying to tap everytime because I know I'm easily out of rhythm (regardless of I'm tapping or not but that's another story :-)).
