So, whats so important and sexy?
I have plans with this website/forum/community
i want it to function
not just technicaly also by activity

so i will "invite" more people, same as i did before, one by one and by personyl messages (feel free to do so as well ;-))
i even think about some advertising (got a free google coupon) ... that maybe makes the place a bit more "crowdy"

but technicaly, .... well i am still unhappy with my choice to use mingle as the forum software, i thought it has a good future but looks like the developing is slow, also the functionalyty isnt sufficent (right word?) the private message system sucks, and there are more problems

so i have decided, to change to phpbb, not becvause its free, i still think vbulletin is even better and i still have an unused vbulletin license, but phpbb is erasier for me becaquse i did install it once already and its easier for me
also i am member of many forums which use phpbb and i like it there ...

so all, i or we, have to decide, what about the old contend? i will keep it, its our good old litle history
moving it automaticly, will be not possible (at least not for me - help is welcome)
so there are 3 possibilitys
- mooving it by hand
- copy all and post it as a "history"
- let the mingle forum excist but closed and link to it

what do you think about it?
and, who would like to help if there is some "work to do"

but first there has to be done the phpbb instalation
and than i would like to think about the structure, i think this one is good but maybe it can be even better
